Hello Everyone:
Wow, this morning we woke up and watched the movie Julie and Julia. This movie is so inspiring, so much so that not only were we in the kitchen making breakfast it kinda turned into a competition on who will fix the best. This would be between us and our son. We made scrambled eggs with ham, mozzarella, cheddar, young scallions picked from the garden, bell pepper, maple syrup, salt and pepper. They were wonderful. Our son fixed scrambled eggs with maple sausage, scallions, bell pepper, kielbasa, jalapeno pepper, mushrooms, cheese, salt and pepper.
Tonight we will make homemade Alfredo sauce to accompany a nice dish that we love using turkey. We will post the recipe and pictures of this lovely dish later this afternoon.
