
We could not even begin to express tonights creation. This was made from leftover chicken and dumplings, roasted pork and vegetables. We will present the picture first and then the recipe. So here we go.
Left over roast pork cut into cubes.
Left over chicken and dumplings as is.
Add two cans of corn
1 can of green beans
1 can of peas
2 cans of cut carrots
salt and pepper to taste
Two Pillsbury Ready To Go Pie Crust
We deciced to cook the first crust on 450 degrees for 7 minutes. Then we added the mixture which was slightly warm and already seasoned. Then we added the second pie crust to top it off and let it go at 450 for about 15 to 20 minutes until bubbly. Good God Girdie. This is so rewarding, no money spent tonight. This meal was free from total leftovers.
