Wow today is just beautiful. A little warm, but the breeze is helpful. Tonight is more pork and hopefully this will finish it off. We are going to put together some cuban subs which I must admit are very good.
1 loaf of cuban bread
Sliced pork loin
Sliced ham
Mayo and Mustard mixed together for a nice sauce
Swiss or Provolone Cheese
Pickles
We usually coat our bread with the mustard mixture, layer on the pork, ham, cheese and pickles and grill on the panini grill.
