Today, we made Crock Pot Turkey Casserole. The recipe is as follows:

12 cups of Turkey (can be Ham or Chicken)
1 10oz can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 onion diced
1 bag of frozen corn (you can add peas, beans or whatever you desire)
1/2 Milk
1/2 Mayo
1 Celery Stalk diced
Salt and Pepper to taste

Cook on low for four hours and serve over noodles or toasted bread.
